1. General Provisions

    (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”),
    via the online store trynoregrets.com and all related subdomains.

  2. Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from or conflict with these Terms shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller. Individual agreements between the Seller and the customer shall prevail over these Terms.

  3. These Terms apply exclusively to consumers and business customers purchasing through the online store.

  4. The contract language is English.

2. Products and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The Seller offers new consumer goods for sale via trynoregrets.com, including but not limited to dietary supplements, wellness products, and cosmetic products.

  2. Product descriptions and prices displayed on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

  3. A contract is formed once the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.

  4. The order details are stored by the Seller. Customers may access their order information via their customer account, if available.

3. Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Payment

  1. All prices displayed on trynoregrets.com are shown in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

  3. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. The Seller reserves the right to modify or restrict payment methods at any time.

  4. If the customer fails to meet payment obligations, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and/or claim damages as permitted by law.

  5. An invoice or order confirmation will be provided electronically.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

  1. Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

  2. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  3. The Seller may ship orders in partial deliveries if this facilitates faster fulfillment. No additional costs will be charged to the customer for partial shipments.

  4. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, unless otherwise stated on the website or required by applicable law.

  3. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless the return is due to a defect or error by the Seller.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error by the Seller.
