The shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. You will automatically receive your tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider.
2) Delivery Areas and Shipping Providers
- Worldwide delivery.
- The specific shipping provider is chosen automatically based on the destination address and parcel size.
- After dispatch, we provide you with shipment tracking.
Note: The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. On public holidays and during peak times, delays may occur with the shipping provider.
3) Order Processing and Changes
- Orders are usually processed promptly.
- Address changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet been packed. Please contact support as soon as possible.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delays or returns.
4) Transport Damage and Missing Shipments
- Outwardly damaged parcel: Please do not refuse acceptance. Ask the delivery agent to note the damage and take photos.
- Concealed damage or missing items: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include photos and your order number.
- Tracking shows “delivered” but no parcel received: First check the drop-off note and with neighbours. Then contact support with your order number so we can initiate an investigation.

5) Returns
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Important: Do not send a return without informing our support team beforehand. Unannounced returns cannot be assigned and therefore cannot be processed.
- The goods should be returned in perfect, resalable condition and preferably in the original packaging. Please include the order number inside the parcel.

- Briefly tell us the reason for the return and which items are affected.
- Receive Approval and Instructions
- You will receive a confirmation with the next steps and packaging instructions so the goods arrive safely.
- Send the Parcel and Keep the Receipt
- Send the parcel to the specified address within the 14-day period.
- Please keep the proof of posting including the tracking number until the refund has been completed.
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we will inform you by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days after receipt of the goods.

Unannounced returns cannot be correctly assigned. This leads to delays or means that processing is not possible.

After receiving and checking the return, we initiate the refund. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take a few business days.
