How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide free shipping working with international carriers + their respective local partners.
Usual shipping times by region:
Asia - 5-6 days
North America - 7-9 days
Europe - 7-9 days
Australia - 5-6 days
If your order has been placed less than 10 days ago and you haven't received your package, yet don't worry - sometimes it gets caught up in customs and takes a few more days to process.
My order is shipped, but tracking does not update. Why?
Since we ship all orders from our global warehouse, we mostly have to work with 2 carriers to get the package delivered to you:
Step 1 - international carrier picks up your order at our warehouse and arranges express air transport to your country (3-5 days)
Step 2 - local carrier receives the parcel and delivers it right to your doorstep (2-4 days)
Since we want to make the experience as convenient as possible, you'll get a direct tracking link for your local carrier. However, it will only update as soon as your local carrier has picked up the order.
So don't worry - when we say it's on its way, it indeed is 🤗
